Garage Floor Systems · Est. 2017

Seven layers between your concrete and perfection.

We grind down to bare mineral, prime every pore, and apply a multi-layer epoxy and polyaspartic system that outlasts the car parked on top of it.

The Problem

Your floor is telling you something.
You've been ignoring it.

Bare concrete was never meant to be a finished surface. Every car that rolls in, every spill, every freeze cycle — it's all accumulating. Here's what's actually happening.

Oil Contamination

Motor oil soaks 4–6 inches into bare concrete. No amount of degreaser reverses it — the only fix is grinding it out.

Surface Dusting

That gray powder on your tires every time you pull in? Your concrete is failing from the top down. It won't stop on its own.

Cracks & Spalling

Freeze-thaw cycles, heavy loads, and settlement cracks don't stop growing. We inject and bridge them before coating.

Failed Previous Coating

Box-store epoxy peels because it's paint, not a system. We grind it all off and start with a surface that's actually ready.

The fix isn't a bucket of epoxy from the hardware store. It's a system — and it starts with the grinder.

The Process

No shortcuts. No skipped steps.

Every failed coating we've ever seen had one thing in common: the installer skipped the grinder. Here's exactly what we do and why.

Diamond Grinding

We run a 3-head planetary grinder across every square foot. This removes oil contamination, surface laitance, and any previous coatings — exposing clean, porous concrete that actually bonds.

Crack Repair & Prep

Every crack gets routed and filled with semi-rigid polyurea — not caulk, not filler. Control joints are honored. Spalled areas are rebuilt with rapid-cure mortar to spec.

Primer Application

A low-viscosity penetrating epoxy primer is rolled into the open pores. It doesn't sit on the surface — it becomes part of the slab. Moisture readings are taken before every application.

Epoxy Base + Flake Broadcast

The base coat goes down at 10 mils. Color flakes are broadcast to rejection — meaning we throw until the floor won't take any more. Then we shave the surface flat with a floor scraper.

Polyaspartic Topcoat

Two coats of 100% solids polyaspartic seal everything in. UV-stable, chemical-resistant, and hard enough to drive a loaded trailer on. Drive-ready in 24 hours.
